Our Commitment
Razors Edge Concaves are engineered to improve threshing, separation, and cleaning-system performance across crops and conditions. We are committed to helping every customer achieve optimal results in their operation — and we put our support behind it.
Most performance concerns are solved by dialling in the machine. Our specialists work with you directly — remotely, and on-farm if needed — before anything else.
How It Works
- Talk to us. Contact your sales rep and outline the performance you are seeing.
- Dial in remotely. A product specialist helps you set rotor, concave, fan, and sieves using the playbook and drop-pan verification.
- On-farm support if required. If we cannot resolve it remotely, we will arrange hands-on help.
Warranty
Every set is backed by a 1-year limited warranty covering workmanship, steel integrity, and fitment. See the full terms and register your product on the warranty page.
The Fine Print
As long-term field testing is ongoing, we do not guarantee specific in-field performance metrics; results vary with crop, conditions, machine, and operator. Returns, when applicable, follow the process on our Shipping & Returns page.
